This may happen if the unit is shutdown unexpectedly during its software update. In this case, please follow “Restoring to factory default values” on p.95, SI guide V1.2 to restore the system, and then update again. Before restoring, please save backup of setting data and license information by referring to “backup/Restore” on p.87 of SI guide V1.2 since the restoring procedure overwrites all settings to its default values.
